Access to our website and our terms We provide bigfry.touchtakeaway.net (the ‘website’) to communicate your orders (‘orders’) for food and drink (‘products’) for collection (the ‘service’) from our listed premises You may be required to submit your personal details (‘information’) to use our ‘service’. You can access some areas of the ‘website’ without placing an ‘order’ or registering your details with us. By accessing any part of our ‘website’, you’ve agreed to these terms. If you do not accept these, you should leave our ‘website’ immediately, however you won’t be able to order any products through the ‘website’ or App These terms can be reviewed by us at any time. Cancelling your ‘order’ CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your ‘order’ after it has been submitted and payment has been authorised but this is only permissible up to 20 minutes before your order collection time i.e giving a minimum of 20 minute’s notice ahead of the scheduled collection time. This can be done by telephoning the shop directly. No refund will be permissible if the attempt to cancel is made with less than 20 minutes until your chosen collection time. Thus If 'orders' are cancelled within 20 minutes of the collection time No refunds will be given If you cancel or change your ‘order’, your original payment will still be processed. where you are eligible for a refund see below 8 . REFUND POLICY: We may refund part or all of your order where: * 1) items that you have ordered through the click and collect service are not available * 2) proof of ‘failure to deliver’ can be substantiated * 3) you have contacted us within 10 minutes of the order time and brought your issue or concern to our attention. * All orders are subject to availability. * We will not refund any orders that have not been collected within 20 minutes of the scheduled collection time. * If the products are of unsatisfactory quality, misdescribed or incomplete you may return the item, at which time we will offer a replacement or a refund. * You should therefore check your order at the time of collection * No exchanges or refunds will be made as a result of the quality of the products deteriorating due to you missing your selected collection time, or for loss or normal deterioration of the products occurring after the products are collected. * Refunds will be only be given in the same method as the order was paid. PAYMENT: * We accept payment by the following card types: MasterCard, Visa Debit and Visa Credit. * We are not responsible for any fees charges imposed by a 3rd party or bank for processing your transaction or refund in relation to your click and collect order * All Click and collect order must be paid for at the time the order is placed.
